 Attorneys
STEPHEN N. YUNGLING joined the firm in January of
2004 after practicing law in the Napa Valley since 1998.
He became a partner in the firm effective January 1,
2005. His practice emphasizes estate planning, trust and
estate administration, federal estate and gift tax
planning.
Steve offers diverse estate planning services for
individuals including the preparation of wills,
revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts,
powers of attorney, pre and post-marital property
agreements, establishment of private foundations, and
business succession planning. He represents individual
and corporate fiduciaries with respect to the
administration of trusts and estates, and handles
litigated and mediated disputes.
Steve was raised on the Central Coast of California and
earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from California
Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with
honors.
He earned his law degree from Santa Clara University
School of Law, magna cum laude.
Steve has made presentations to diverse groups of
clients and professionals on various aspects of estate
planning and administration, and is a former Associate
Professor in the Paralegal Program at Sonoma State
University. He is admitted to practice before the Tax
Court, is a member of the Santa Barbara County Bar
Association and the William L. Gordon Inn of Court.
Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends, and
is an avid triathlete.
