JOSH RABINOWITZ joined the Firm in January,
2000, and became a partner in January, 2003
Josh's practice is focused on the representation
of businesses and individuals in their real
estate, business, and related legal needs.
Specifically, Josh's practice focuses on all
aspects of real property matters, including
purchase and sale transactions, commercial
leases, financing, work-outs, tax deferred
exchanges, and boundary disputes. His business
practice encompasses counseling technology and
emerging growth companies; planning,
structuring, forming and advising entities
(including corporations, limited liability
companies and partnerships); negotiating,
reviewing and drafting commercial contracts;
and mergers and acquisitions.

the buyer in the acquisition of a
commercial/industrial complex commonly known
as 600 Pine Avenue, Goleta, California.

the buyer in the acquisition of a
multi-tenant office complex commonly known
as 420 S. Fairview Avenue, Goleta,
California.

the seller in the sale of a multi-tenant
office building commonly known as 205 East
Carrillo Street, Santa Barbara, California.

the landlord in the leasing of approximately
100,000 square feet of office space in
business park commonly known as 50-90

international shoe and apparel company.
Josh
earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the
University of California at San Diego, with
departmental honors, in 1990. He earned his law
degree from the University of San Diego School
of Law in 1995 and a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in
Taxation from the University of San Diego School
of Law in 1998.
