She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University, in Lexington, Virginia, where she also earned a Juris Doctor degree. Following law school, Gamble clerked for The Honorable Graham C. Mullen, Chief U.S. Judge for the Western District of North Carolina. Thereafter, she practiced in Charlotte until moving to California in 2001. Most recently, Gamble worked as the Director of Estate Planning Services at Mercer Advisors in Santa Barbara and also maintained a private estate planning practice until joining the Firm. <br> <br> Gamble advises clients on all issues pertaining to estate planning and administration including business succession, charitable planning, asset protection, life insurance, retirement plans, gifting strategies, marital deduction and generation skipping transfer tax planning and estate freezing techniques. In addition to her estate planning practice, Ms. Parks also assists clients with a variety of corporate and real estate matters, including easement disputes and landlord-tenant issues. <br> <br> Gamble is admitted to practice in both California and North Carolina. She is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and serves on the Planned Giving Committee of the Music Academy of the West and on the board of Dog Adoption Welfare Group (DAWG.) She has previously served on the boards of the Santa Barbara County Bar, the Santa Barbara Barristers, and the Santa Barbara Women Lawyers. When away from the office, Gamble enjoys playing golf, scuba diving, cycling, and hiking and recently returned from a trekking expedition to Mt.
