DUANE P. LIVINGSTON is a member of the Firm’s litigation department with an emphasis on family law matters. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music from the California Institute of the Arts and his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. After graduating from law school, Mr. Livingston worked as a Research Attorney for the Superior Courts of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Since then, he has practiced law in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties focusing on civil litigation matters. For the past six years, Mr. Livingston represented the Santa Barbara County Department of Child Support Services.
