CINDY KLEMPNER has been associated with the Firm since September, 2000.

Cindy is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department and works on a broad range of civil litigation matters, ranging from real property disputes, business disputes, employment disputes, other complex litigation, and family law matters. Cindy has a subspecialty in Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. Cindy works closely with the tax and estate planning attorneys and the transactional attorneys in the Firm when litigation arises in these different practice areas.

Cindy earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in Slavic Languages and Cultural Anthropology. She received her law degree from Santa Barbara College of Law in 1995, and is admitted to practice before the California State Courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Cindy has served on the Law Day Run Committee for many years and is also a regular volunteer at Transition House. She is an avid distance runner and has completed ten marathons.
