BARRY PINNOLIS has been associated with the Firm
since 1998.

Barry’s practice is focused on family law and civil litigation, with an emphasis on complex family law and business litigation cases.

Barry was admitted to the Bar in 1975 in Alaska and in 1976 in California. He attended Brown University and earned a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1971, graduating with honors (Phi Beta Kappa). Barry earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis in 1974. He served as a Staff Writer and Associate Editor of the UC Davis Law Review, and graduated with honors (Order of the Coif). He was a Law Clerk to the Alaska Supreme Court after graduating from law school. He also earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 1994. 

Barry was a recipient of the Pro Bono Award for Service in Creating the Santa Barbara County Children in the Middle Program in 1996. He is a member of the Board of Directors of a community non-profit organization, a member of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
