 Attorneys
ALLAN S. MORTON practiced law in Los Angeles
since 1969. In February 2006 he moved to Santa Barbara
and joined the Firm as a Senior Attorney.
Allan’s practice has focused for many years on complex,
highly litigated Family Law cases. He contributes, as
well, a broad background in business and real property
litigation.
Allan received his Bachelors of Arts degree with a major
in government from Cornell University in 1965. He
received his law degree from UCLA School of Law in 1968,
where he was a Senior Editor of the Law Review. Allan
has also had a long time interest in alternative dispute
resolution, receiving a certificate in Litigation
Mediation from Pepperdine University Law School. He has
served as a judge pro tem, arbitrator and mediator. In
Los Angeles, he was an active member of the Family Law
Sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and
the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
